BizREIA is a Free Trade Organization
BizREIA is a member-driven trade organization dedicated to helping small businesses connect, grow, and succeed.
✅All networking, training, and mentorship opportunities inside BizREIA are 100% free for its members.
✅BizREIA does NOT take equity, charge fees, or require payment for participating in its events, training, or programs.
✅ BizREIA is not a funding entity or an investment firm—it exists to support small businesses through shared knowledge, collaboration, and partnerships.
WE = The Members of BizREIA.
When we say “WE”, we’re referring to BizREIA members as a collective—business owners supporting one another.
How BizREIA Launchpad Works
BizREIA Launchpad™ is a emerging smallbusiness growth program that provides:
✔️Hands-on training and structured business-building frameworks.
✔️A cohort-based system where emerging small businesses grow together.
✔️Mentorship from experienced business owners.
🚀Everything inside BizREIA Launchpad™ is FREE for selected members.
🚀Launchpad members must volunteer an hour per week, be coachable, take action, and execute strategies.
🔹BizREIA members are responsible for their own business execution.
🔹We provide the guidance—but you must be willing to implement.
🔹If you don’t take action, this program won’t work for you.
How BizREIA Growth Lab Works
🚀BizREIA Growth Lab™ is for founders who are past the startup stage but need funding, strategy, and systems to reach the next level that provides:✔Advanced growth strategies to increase revenue and scale operations.
✔Funding readiness and investor preparation.
✔Acquisition and expansion playbooks to grow faster.
🚀Everything inside BizREIA Growth Lab is FREE (For Now) for selected members.
🚀Growth Lab members must volunteer an hour per week, be coachable, take action, and execute strategies.
🔹BizREIA members are responsible for their own business execution.
🔹We provide the guidance—but you must be willing to implement.
🔹If you don’t take action, this program won’t work for you.
Orbis Ascent: BizREIA’s Growth & Investment Partner
BizREIA has a strategic partnership with Orbis Ascent, LLC, a private business growth and investment firm. This partnership allows BizREIA members to access Orbis Ascent’s services without any upfront costs – saving BizREIA members up to $10,000 per month
Orbis Ascent is a completely separate entity from BizREIA.
What Orbis Ascent Does:
🔹 Works directly with select businesses inside Launchpad & Growth Lab to scale, secure funding, and optimize operations.
🔹 May offer deeper, one-on-one growth services, capital strategies, or hands-on execution support.
🔹 In some cases, Orbis Ascent may take an equity stake in a business in exchange for direct growth, consulting, or funding assistance.
🔹 Businesses that prefer a fee-based model can opt for custom payment structures based on their growth goals.
⚠️Important: BizREIA does NOT take equity—ever.
If equity is involved, it is with Orbis Ascent—not BizREIA.
Equity, Investment, & Business Growth Transparency
We want to be absolutely clear:
✔️Joining BizREIA and participating in Launchpad and/or Growth Lab is completely free.
✔️You are NEVER required to give up equity to participate in any BizREIA programs.
✔️Orbis Ascent may take equity ONLY in businesses they work with hands-on—this is OPTIONAL and at the business owner’s discretion.
✔️ Businesses that prefer a fee-based model can opt for custom payment structures based on their growth goals.
✔️BizREIA members are under NO obligation to work with Orbis Ascent, GrowthLab, or Launchpad.
📌If you’re ever unsure about any terms, agreements, or opportunities, ASK US.
📌Our goal is transparency. If it doesn’t make sense to you, we will clarify it.
No Fees, No Hidden Costs, No Strings Attached
✅BizREIA charges no fees.
✅Launchpad is free.
✅Growth Lab is free.
✅The Blueprint/GXM program is free.
✅Joining the Volunteer Amry is free.
✅There is NO requirement to give up equity to participate in any of these programs.
The ONLY time equity is involved is if a business chooses to work closely with Orbis Ascent for deeper growth, investment, or funding strategies—and even then, it’s a mutual agreement, not a requirement.
